You can purchase tickets for the bullfights held in Madrid at our website or using our APP
There are two ways to pick up your tickets in Madrid:
1-At our shop Localidades Galicia, located in Plaza del Carmen 1 ( Nearest Metro stations: Sol and Gran Via) : during the three days before the day on which the show is held from 9:30 to 13:00 and 16:30 to 18:30 , and on the day on which the show is held ONLY from 9:30 to 15:00 hours. SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS OUR OFFICE WILL BE OPEN ONLY UNTIL 15:00 HOURS
2-We can deliver your tickets to the reception desk of your hotel in Madrid, only if it is locade in central Madrid. In this case , please let us know: Name of the hotel, Name you made the hotel reservation with, Arrival day and purchase reference number included in the Confirmation PDF we have sent to you.
If the bullfight is cancelled due to the weather before the first bull is letting out, you can be refunded with the 80% of the amount you had paid only if you present the original tickets:
1-At the bullring box office on the same day on which the bullfight should have been held just before the cancellation have been announced
2-The day after the day on which the bullfight should have been held: at our shop Localidades Galicia ( Plaza del Carmen 1) between 9:30 and 13:00 hours.
REMEMBER: IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION , WITHOUT PRESENTING THE ORIGINAL TICKETS AT THE POINTS, DAYS AND TIMES INDICATED YOU WONT GET ANY REFUND.
The bullfight usually lasts roughly 2 hours
The enclosure has a total capacity of 23,789 people spread over Tendidos , bleachers and volleys.
There is no age limit

Yes. Normally it is allowed to take pictures with normal cameras and mobile devices. Professional cameras with tripod require permission.
Sometimes the run has to be suspended because of bad weather. Please carefully read the following:
The suspension of the celebration only be announced by the public address of the Bullring few minutes before the time of the start of it.
If the celebration is suspended for a few minutes before, the ticket holder will be entitled to a refund of 80% of the amount paid.
If the celebration were to be suspended once already begun, there is no right to return. This right exists only when the suspension takes place before the first bull out into the ring.
If the celebration is suspended before, you must submit the original or in the lockers of the bullring tickets, once it has been announced by public address well suspension or in our office locations in Galicia, located at Plaza del Carmen 1 from 9:30 to 13:00, the day after the day on which the run was scheduled.
